Shipping Policy & FAQ's

We Ship to Over 200 Countries and Offer Free Shipping On Every Order. Please Allow 7-20 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.

  • We offer free shipping as standard however some products may offer "Express Tracked Shipping" or "Express Tracked Shipping (Insured)" as an additional option (usually for a small charge). Please message us with any questions regarding faster shipping times before placing your order.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • Shipping times vary depending on the item being shipped and the location that it is being shipped to. Our orders are usually with our customers in 7-20 days with some countries taking less time (USA, Canada) and some taking slightly longer. Products in high demand may take longer to ship. We are doing our best to try and get your item to you as soon as possible. The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times: Weight and Dimensions of a Package, Holidays, Destination, Product Demand, and Freight

    When Will My Order Be Processed?

    • We do our best to get your items out to you quickly. To aid us in doing this, when ordering please make sure you select the correct shipping information because we cannot modify your orders. If you would like to make any changes to your order i.e. changes or cancellation, please contact us via: support@nomadsupplyshop.com
    • Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.
    • All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses internationally. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

    SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

    • Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. If we are unable to provide a tracking number, we will provide the date it was shipped. Once your order has been processed and the order has been shipped out from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (which will contain the tracking number for your order if available). 
    • By placing an order on our store, you are agreeing to pay any additional unforeseen shipping charges that are outside of our scope of free shipping in addition to customs fees, HASMAT fees, or any other fees for shipping. We do our best to cover these costs before hand so you don't have to worry about it. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure of your local shipping fees, and feel free to message us with any concerns. 

    TRACKING

    • If you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number. We will inform you on which products we can not provide tracking numbers for before your purchase, but we will still provide the date it was shipped.
    • As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier, otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender, or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again. 

    DELIVERY

    • Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 
    • Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

    CANCELLATION/CHANGES

    • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
    • Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
