How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Please allow 7-20 business days for your parcel/s to arrive. We ship from our warehouses internationally, and work with different manufacturers to continuously bring you authentic, high quality, products at an affordable price. Depending on your location, your order can take anywhere from 7- 20 days. Please message us at: support@nomadsupplyshop.com with any concerns before placing your order. 

The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:

  • Weight and dimensions of a package
  • Holidays
  • Destination
  • Freight

 When will my order be processed?

  • We do our best to get your items out to you quickly. To aid us in doing this, when ordering please make sure you have all the correct information filled out because we cannot modify your orders. If you would like to make any changes to your order i.e. changes or cancellation, please contact us via: support@nomadsupplyshop.com
    • Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day
    • All orders are handled and shipped out from our international warehouses. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

    Can I track my order?

    • Yes, if you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number. We will inform you on which products we can not provide tracking numbers for before your purchase, but we will still provide the date it was shipped.
    • Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and the order has been shipped out from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (which will contain the tracking number for your order if available). 
    • As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier, otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up, or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again. 

    DELIVERY

    • Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
    • Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
    • All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. Different countries have different tax rules on the imported goods. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure of your local shipping fees, and feel free to message us with any concerns.

    CANCELLATION/CHANGES

    • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    
    • Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

    Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

    • We ship from warehouses internationally, and work with suppliers all over the world to bring you authentic, high quality, products at an affordable price. Some orders may be shipped from different warehouses and may arrive in different packages. If you have any concerns, please message us at: support@nomadsupplyshop.com

    Out of Stock Items

    • If you are looking for a specific item and it is showing as sold out, please get in touch via our “Contact Us” page and we will let you know when we expect more stock to arrive. We would recommend making a purchase (which acts as a pre-order) to ensure that you are at the front of the queue and receive the item as soon as it is back in stock.
